1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 743,093,750 and as a result, from April 13, 2013 to November 13, 2013.

1. The plaintiff's insurance money and the defendants' obligation to pay indemnity money

A. The Plaintiff entered into a guarantee insurance contract and joint and several sureties (1) with Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter below) and three guarantee insurance contracts (in advance) as follows (hereinafter below, each of the instant guarantee insurance contracts).

(a) Securities No. G: Defendant B, the insured: Defendant B, the insured (the Intervenor’s Intervenor, the insured amount: 242,00,000,000 won: the insurance period: September 7, 2012; and the securities number: H: the policyholder: Defendant B, the insured, the amount of the insurance coverage: 201,093,750 won: September 7, 2012; the insurance period: - the securities number of the insured on March 7, 2013: the amount of the insurance coverage: the insured; the amount of the insurance coverage: the insured; the amount of the insurance coverage covered; the amount of the insurance coverage covered; the amount of the insurance coverage calculated by adding the interest rate of 300,000,000 won to the Plaintiff; and the delay damages shall be paid by the Plaintiff on September 6, 2012; and the amount of the insurance coverage shall be late by the Plaintiff on March 21, 2013.

The rate of delay damages to be applied by the Plaintiff is 6% per annum from the date following the date of payment of insurance proceeds to the 30th day, 9% per annum from the next day to the 60th day, and 15% per annum from the next day

(3) Defendant C, D, E, and F are joint and several guarantors of each of the instant guaranteed insurance contracts.

B. On March 11, 2013, the Intervenor asserted that the occurrence of a guarantee accident and the payment of insurance proceeds had occurred to the Plaintiff on March 11, 2013, each of the instant guaranteed insurance contracts (242,00,000 won KRW 201,093,750,000) with respect to each of the instant guaranteed insurance contracts (242,000,000 won).
