Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Seoul Southern District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), and on March 25, 201, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by the same court on March 25, 201.

On March 22, 2017, around 06:10, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.095% from the 20km-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Young-gu, Seoul, to the front road of 27 New Pung-ro, Seoul, the 4th new Pung-ro, Seoul, to the front road of the Goung-si, Goung-si, Jeju, Goung-si.
