The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. No medical person who has summary of facts charged shall make a false record of medical treatment, etc. or intentionally make a false entry or revision in addition to the facts;
Nevertheless, on January 12, 2016, Jan. 13, 2016, and Jan. 15, 2016, the Defendant entered a false medical record on three occasions, stating that “insurance treatment: Ha one week / [Ha one week / one week / one level / one level / one level / one level / one level / one level / one level ] therapy” in the register of medical treatment, as the Defendant’s member of the D’s management council located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Youngwon-gu, Youngwon-gu, Seoul, which was temporarily unscheduled on Jan. 15, 2016, had been provided to E who is a patient.
2. Determination
A. The following facts are acknowledged according to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court.
(1) From Oct. 2, 2012 to Jan. 15, 2016, the Defendant performed a clocking procedure to E for the purpose of treating “the disability, fire-fighting disorder,” i.e., hand, kne, knee, and fry,” etc. In the medical record division’s medical record column, the Defendant entered the following contents: “[1 week] Ha one week] Hadne, Hadne [Hahhhhhhhh] Hadne] Hadne, Hahhhhhhhhhhhhhh [hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh] Investment Law
(2) On January 11, 2016, the Defendant stated the following in the symptoms where the patient suffering from the address of the medical record division of E complained of the patient suffering from the disease, “Isri, , and Isri, Isri, Isri, and Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, and Isri,” in the medical record statement on January 12, 2016, and in the insurance treatment statement on [Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, and Isri, Isri, Isri, and Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, Isri, and Isri, Isri, [Isri, Isrith, Isrith, Isrith, Isrith, Isrith, Isrith, Isrith, Isrith [Isrith)], Isrith, Isrithn,” respectively.
(3) 한편 침을 놓는 자리인 ‘ 견 정’ 은 별지와 같이 ‘ 목 부위 옆’ 인 견 정( 肩井) 과 ‘ 어깨 등 부위’ 인 견 정( 肩貞) 이 있다.
B. The court duly adopted and investigated the above facts of recognition.
