1. Basic facts

A. On August 2, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with D and Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”) with the broker of C, a licensed real estate agent, for KRW 100 million, and the lease term from August 13, 2014 to August 12, 2016 (hereinafter “the instant lease contract”). Thereafter, the Plaintiff paid KRW 100 million to D and received a move-in report and received a fixed date on August 13, 2014.
