The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance, which the Plaintiff asserted in the trial while filing an appeal, are not significantly different from those of the court of first instance, and the judgment of the court of first instance that rejected the Plaintiff’s assertion is justifiable even if the court of first instance closely examines the evidentiary relation in light of the records.

Therefore, this court's decision is based on the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is also accepted in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
