Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for robbery, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on January 29, 2015 and four years for the same year.

2.6. The above judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still in the period of suspension of execution.

[Criminal facts] No person shall operate a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles on the road.

Nevertheless, on February 7, 2018, without obtaining a driver's license, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle by E around 00:10 on Feb. 7, 2018 without obtaining a driver's license; (b) driven the road in front of Luski in the southan-gunK from the mone of the steel, and was unable to break off on the road; and (c) caused snow on the road; (d) in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle was negligent in performing the duty of care to reduce speed and accurately manipulate the steering direction and brakes so as to prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the accident; and (b) caused the damage to the victim's Nuski, who was parked in front of the Luski, with the front part of the right part of the driver's vehicle that was parked in front of the Luski, and caused the damage to the vehicle by the shock, and caused damage to the 2,80,150 won.
