A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BMW car.

1. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 200 meters from the road front of the Havoon Havoon in lieu of the north-dong at the port of port on November 22:0, 2016 to the road front of the D stations in the same Gu C, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.14%.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the following conditions: (a) on the part of the victim I who was on a rocketing car, the victim I, who was on board the rocketing car, suffered from the injury of erode, tensions, etc. in front of the horse that requires approximately two weeks of treatment; (b) on the part of the victim G, the injury of erode, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; and (c) on the part of the victimJ, who was on board the flading car, suffered from the injury, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of two weeks of treatment.
