1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant G and H are jointly and severally liable for KRW 165,394,336 and KRW 160,460,526 among them.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Based on a credit guarantee agreement concluded with Defendant G and H on September 20, 206, the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund paid 211,551,800 won to the Non-Party I on behalf of Defendant G and H on September 20, 2006, and filed a claim for reimbursement against Defendant G, H and LI as Seoul Central District Court 2006Kadan4040, and confirmed that “The Defendants jointly and severally held against the Plaintiff for 216,485,610 won and 211,551,800 won among them until September 20, 206 until December 19, 206; 16% per annum from the following following day to February 24, 2007; and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.”
B. On September 23, 2015, the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund (Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund) as of July 31, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
On October 15, 2015, 160, 460, 526 won of the remainder of the credit and incidental expenses were transferred, and the notification of transfer was sent to the deceased I, Defendant G, and H by content-certified mail.
C. The primary debtor I died on April 13, 2010.
Defendant B, C, D, E, and F, the wife of Defendant A and their children, filed an application for an inheritance limited approval with the Suwon District Court Decision 2010-Ma649, Ansan Branch of Suwon District Court, and the above court decided to accept it on July 9, 2010, and confirmed their businesses.

According to the above facts, as to ① Defendant G and H jointly and severally with the Plaintiff who acquired the claim for the amount of the indemnity from the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund, KRW 165,394,36 in total and KRW 160,460,526 in total, and KRW 160,46 in total, and KRW 160,460,526 in total, and ② Defendant G and H jointly with the Defendant G within the scope of the property inherited from the networkI and KRW 38,167,923 in total, and KRW 37,029,352 in relation to KRW 25,45,42 in total, and KRW 24,686,234 in total, from September 206 to December 19, 2006, KRW 14% in total, and KRW 37,029 in total,00 from the following day to December 26, 207.
