A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for intimidation by the Seoul Northern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on February 18, 2017.

1. On October 5, 2017, around 12:20 on October 5, 2017, the Defendant used assaulting the victim C (47 years of age) to demand the Defendant to leave the victim C (47 years of age) in front of the entrance of the house B in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and used the victim’s chest parts twice in both hands.

2. Around 10:00 on December 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) saw the scam of the victim E (63 cm) who was parked in the front side of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a scam, and saw that the scam was the scambling of the scam at the end; (b) caused the scam to the scam of the victim by scaming the scam of the victim’s right side with the scam of the scam with the scam and the scam of the scam on the floor; and (c) assaulted the scamscam (46 cm in length and 20 cm in length) on the floor where the scam was continuously scam on the scam of the victim on one occasion by scambling the scam of the victim.

3. On December 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on December 14, 2017, at G restaurants located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and (b) on the ground that water was sold in money, the Defendant installed the entrance door outside of the store, embling it into the store, and damaged the entrance door so that the repair cost equivalent to KRW 100,000 by cutting it up on the floor.

4. When the Defendant: (a) destroyed a standing signboard at the time, place, as described in paragraph 3; (b) followed the victim H (the 29 years old) who was an employee of the store; and (c) listened to the phrase “A”, the Defendant assaulted the victim by walking the victim’s clothes at one time.

5. On December 14, 2017, from around 14:20 to 15:10 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with his/her business, on the ground that his/her employees did not water at the above G cafeteria, “I will receive money from the head of the judgment, and I will receive money from the head of the judgment.”
