A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Nos. 1 through 3, 15 through 39, respectively, which have been seized by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendants, B, C, and D jointly committed a commercial sex act with the trade name of "G" on the website, such as "G", "E", and "F", and take charge of managing women's sexual traffic and collecting money, and B manages the overall business of sexual traffic women recruitment and commercial sex acts establishments, and D conspired to perform collection and management of female goods for sexual traffic.

From August 2018 to November 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) installed a commercial sex business establishment in the Htel I, Jho, K Building L, M, Nho-si, and O-building P, etc., (b) employed foreign women, such as Q, Thai nationality's nationality's “R,” “S,” “T,” and “T,” from around September 2019 to around November 17, 2019; and (c) had the said women receive 260,000 won for each time from many unspecified male customers who visited the said women, and (d) made the said women take 10 to 40 times a day average sexual intercourse by 10,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, assisted commercial sex acts.

2. The Defendant and U’s co-principal, when advertising the commercial sex acts in the name of “W” on the website, such as “F” and “V,” in which the Defendant actually operated the commercial sex acts establishments, and U recruited to guide the male sex trafficking business establishments and to manage the commercial sex acts establishments by taking charge of the female management of the commercial sex acts and the collection of the price.

From September 2019 to October 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) leased three rooms from U.S. to X officetels; (b) employed foreign women, such as Brazil’s “Y” and “Z” with the nationality of Thailand; and (c) ordered the said women to take three to four sexual intercourses a day on an average by receiving the payment of sexual traffic amounting to KRW 100,000 per time from many unspecified male customers who visited the said women.

Accordingly, the defendant acted in collusion with U to arrange sexual traffic.
