A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime
1. At around 00:10 on June 18, 2012, the Defendant entered the office of D (ju) where the Defendant in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City is an employee, using the gap without victim E (53 years of age) who is the president of the said company, opened the office and intrudes into it.
