Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] Defendant D was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on January 26, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 3, 2017, and is currently under the suspended sentence.
