Punishment of the crime

B From January 21, 2015 to December 22, 2015, from the Daegu-gu AG and the second floor “AH Gameland,” the game of “sea-to-sea”, which was not classified, and the game of “sea-to-sea”, which is a speculative machine, was installed and provided to many unspecified customers by allowing them to put 10,000 won in the game machine, and made them to play a game of which the points are raised by the pre-determined rate according to the result that the former turns back to the game machine and continuously emitted from the game machine, and when the points obtained by the customers are displayed on the game screen, they exchanged 4,500 won after deducting 500 won in cash under the fee.

On January 20, 2015, the Defendant received request from B to assist in the operation of the above game site, and around January 22, 2015, the Defendant managed the above game site from among the absence of B in the above game site, confirmed the customers through CCTV, opened a corrected entrance only for the customers whose identity has been verified, and prevented all of the above game site in accordance with B’s instructions during the control process.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided game products not classified as above to customers for use, and provided customers with money exchange with tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and aided and abetted the crime of engaging in speculative activities by using speculative gaming machines.
