Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in driving of a chip vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act;

On April 13, 2014, when the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 12:21, while driving the vehicle, and driving the vehicle at the seat of the water station, the Defendant: (a) committed an occupational negligence in the course of driving the vehicle in front of D in front of D, which is located in Gyeonggi-gu, to the discharge station; (b) and (c) committed an act of breaking the water station from Seoul, which is driven by the victim E (E, South, 53 years old); (d) took the front part of the above vehicle driving by the Defendant, with the upper part of the above vehicle driving; (e) took approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (e) suffered from the victim G (n, e.g., the passenger of the damaged vehicle, for about two weeks of medical treatment; and (e) at the same time, the victim G (n, e., the 48 years old), who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, harming the damaged vehicle in need of medical treatment; and (e) took necessary measures without stopping it.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven a B-low vehicle without a driver's license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
