Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2010, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven B recreation car under the influence of alcohol content of about 3 km from around 23:00 on the front of the claim apartment located in the river located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul to the front of the 3km-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with approximately 0.056% of alcohol content.
