1. The Defendant is as of July 27, 2015 with respect to one-half shares of each of the real estate listed in the attached Forms 1 and 2 to C.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties 1) A Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A Bank”)
A) A company established pursuant to the Mutual Savings Banks Act for the purpose of receiving deposits and installment savings, and was declared bankrupt by the Financial Services Commission around April 29, 201 on August 16, 201 as the Busan District Court 201Hahap4, and on the same day, the Plaintiff was appointed as a trustee in bankruptcy of A Bank. (2) A was appointed as a director and an audit committee member of A Bank from September 29, 2001 to the time of the above disposition of business suspension, and the Defendant is C’s wife.
B. On April 3, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against an executive officer of A bank, including C, to seek compensation for damages due to illegal acts, such as extension of major shareholder credit and non-performing loans, etc. by Seoul Central District Court 2013Kahap513658. On February 9, 2015, the said court rendered a ruling of recommending reconciliation with the purport that “C would pay the Plaintiff a total of KRW 22,445,000,00 (the Defendants jointly and severally liable for each total amount of damages) out of the damages incurred by the Plaintiff’s failure to perform his/her duty as an executive officer and auditor jointly with other Defendants.” The said ruling became final and conclusive as is.
C. The Defendant, who acquired the Defendant’s real estate, concluded a sales contract and completed the registration of transfer of ownership as follows.
