Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2012, at around 16:40 on August 15, 2012, the Defendant discovered “C” where the Defendant is working for the Simsan Member B, and found that the victim D ( South and 49 years old), a workplace partner, did not work, and interfered with “pon for 2 hours,” thereby engaging in a conflict with the victim.
