1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A shall complete the payment of KRW 62,748,248 and KRW 58,949 among them from October 24, 2014.

Each fact in the cause of the application (the creditor is the plaintiff, the debtor, and the defendant) shall be acknowledged as either a dispute between the parties, or as a whole by considering the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap 1 through 5

Therefore, Defendant A is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the principal and interest of KRW 62,748,248 and the balance of the loan principal of KRW 58,949,89,00 per annum 25% per annum from October 24, 2014, which is the day following the date on which the damages for delay are calculated to the day of full payment. Defendant B and Defendant C are jointly and severally and severally liable with Defendant A to pay the amount of KRW 62,748,248, and KRW 58,949,00 per annum from October 24, 2014 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
