A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter Cargo Vehicles.

1. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license for the temporary border as stipulated in paragraph (1), and driving the said vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the date of the regular Eup/Myeon to the front day of the tax office of the regular Eup/Myeon located in the central one road of the city.
