Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is a defendant A shall commit a deceitful act with the intention of having his military service reduced or exempted;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from the time of high school students, entered the university of 90 km, before and after the average body was 90 km, -80 km level, 80 km level, and 80 km level, and entered the university of 123 km level as a special sports student, was artificially increased to 123 km for the purpose of military service reduction. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant received a decision of 4th class, such as body, from the chief prosecutor of the Incheon Military Manpower Administration in the Incheon Military Manpower Administration.

2. No person who is accused B shall commit a deceitful act with the intention of having his military service reduced or exempted;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from the time of high school students, went to the university before and after 75 km and before and after the average body was 75 km, -65 km level, and entered the university as a special student for sports, but the body was artificially increased to 109 km for the purpose of military service reduction and exemption, and was judged to be above Grade 4 on November 29, 2013 by the chief prosecutor of the Incheon Military Manpower Administration in the Incheon Military Manpower Administration.
