1. The plaintiff's lawsuit of this case against the defendants is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts are apparent in the records:

On March 23, 2016, the court rendered a decision to provide security that “the Plaintiff shall order the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 6 million within seven days from the date of receipt of this order as a security for the costs of lawsuit,” pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, and the said decision was served on the Plaintiff on April 5, 2016.

B. The Plaintiff did not provide a security under the above decision within the time limit for providing security as well as until this decision is rendered.

2. If so, without holding any pleadings pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act, the plaintiff's lawsuit of this case against the defendants is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
