1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,696,666 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 18, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant is served with the instant payment order, and only submitted a written objection with no content of denying or disputing the Plaintiff’s assertion as to the cause of the claim, and the Defendant was not present on the date of pleading without submitting a written response thereafter, and thus, the Defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of all the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
