1. The defendant is based on the sale on August 31, 2002 on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff asserts that the defendant acquired ownership of the motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the "motor vehicle of this case"), and that the defendant lent three million won, not the purchase of the motor vehicle of this case, but it was acquired as a security for the motor vehicle.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 3 and 4, the defendant purchased the automobile of this case from the sale of the automobile delegated by the plaintiff around August 2002.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure for the instant automobile from the plaintiff on August 31, 2002.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
