1. A claim for indemnity in relation to a traffic accident that occurred before Samsung Medical Center located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 08:35 on March 18, 2014;

The instant accident was caused by a unilateral negligence on March 18, 2014, inasmuch as the Defendant’s vehicle (Benz) took the fourth-lane of the 81-lane road located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as the part of the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle (Caturturgs) while driving in the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle (Caturgs) with the fourth-lane of the 81-lane road located in the front side of the village market and driving in the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and the subsequent part of the Plaintiff’s vehicle (Caturgs) took place as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle (A evidence No. 1-2, No. 2, A2, and the purport of the oral argument) without securing
