Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver of the B truck.

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading capacity.

1. On June 3, 2019, the Defendant driven the above truck and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle’s load by passing through the outer circular Highway, Pyeongtaek-si, Seoul, via the outer circular Highway, the Namnam-do, without passing through the lane where the loading quantity measurement equipment is installed, on the part of the Defendant.

2. On June 7, 2019, the Defendant driven the above truck and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle’s load by driving the above truck through the vehicle’s intersection, traveling through the vehicle on which the loading quantity measurement equipment is installed, without passing through the vehicle’s lane on which the vehicle’s load measurement equipment is installed.

3. On June 11, 2019, the Defendant driven the above truck and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle’s load by driving the above truck through the 09:54, a vehicle driving through the Ynannnam National Highway, along the intersection, without passing through the lane on which the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed, without passing through the lane.

4. On June 13, 2019, the Defendant driven the above truck on a 09:44, and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle’s load by driving the above truck through the 09:4,00 square meters, without passing through the lane on which the loading quantity measurement equipment is installed.

5. On June 19, 2019, the Defendant driven the above truck and passed through the above Seoul metropolitan cycle cycle Highway, the Defendant obstructed the measurement of the vehicle’s load by driving it on the road along which the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed, without passing through the lane on which the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed.

6. On June 19, 2019, the Defendant driving the above truck on or around 15:21, and passing through the above superncing cycle Highway, the vehicle loaded on the vehicle without passing through the lane on which the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed.
