Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2010, at around 03:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim C was under the influence of alcohol on the front road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and was able to take off two physical cards owned by the victim in the rear part of the victim’s back part of the crepane, and stolen one wall containing two physical cards owned by the victim.

2. Fraud, fraud, and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On July 25, 2010, the Defendant purchased “F cafeteria” managed by the victim E located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which is equivalent to KRW 5,000, and settled the price with the above cream card as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the cream card, and then received food equivalent to the same amount from the victim, and used the stolen debit card.

B. On July 25, 2010, at around 07:28, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 75,000 operated by the victim H located in Suwon-si G, Suwon-si, and the Defendant took place as if the Defendant was a lawful holder of the stolen physical card, and settled the price with the said physical check, and then paid the price with the said physical check, and used the stolen debit card.

C. At around 09:00 on July 25, 2010, the Defendant attempted to pay the price with the above physical check as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the stolen physical card, and to receive a massage amounting to KRW 450,00,000, but did not reach an attempted attempt.
