Punishment of the crime

B is an unemployment owner who operates the so-called "untitled" game site without trade name in Kimpo-si, and the defendant and D have found the above game site and operated the game site to the designated place, and E and F have the role of managing the game site, such as the heart and cleaning of the customers who found the above game site.

No one shall arrange for money exchange or money exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and shall engage in speculative business by using slot machines or speculative gaming machines in addition to speculative business.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with B, D, E, and F for the business of exchanging results obtained through the use of game products, and the defendant was engaged in speculative acts using speculative gaming machines.
