A Imprisonment for two years, each of the defendants B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A, on December 6, 2013, was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the acquisition of stolen goods at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on June 6, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendants A, B, and I shared criminal acts: (a) collect and sell the cell phone from taxi engineers who acquired or lost mobile phones in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do, and sell them or take them away from the Republic of Korea to take profits therefrom into account; (b) Defendant A provided stolen money to provide an overall direction for committing the crime; (c) Defendant B provided stolen money from Defendant A to collect stolen cell phones; and (d) I was stationed in the Philippines and disposed of stolen cell phones carried out by the Defendants.
