The Plaintiff, based on the facts, received a claim claim amounting to KRW 28,725,138 from among the benefit claim claim amounting to KRW 28,725,138, from among the benefit claim claim claim amounting to KRW 28,725,138, the Seoul Eastern District Court 2014Da45960, which filed a lawsuit against A, and the Plaintiff was served on the Defendant on June 25, 2015.

2. The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the collection amount of KRW 28,725,138 and the delay damages therefrom. Thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is insufficient to acknowledge the existence of the payment claim against the Defendant, a collection claim, at the time of June 25, 2015, by the evidence presented by the Plaintiff on June 25, 2015, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. The Plaintiff’s assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
