A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the (finite) reserve forces belonging to the 31st group, the 95th group, the 3rd group, the 3rd group and the 5th group.
