Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant was the former owner of the land and building located in Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the defendant was the former owner of the land and building located in Gyeongcheon-gun, C due to a compulsory auction on November 14, 2005.

1. On September 13, 2013, the Defendant, at around 16:30 on September 13, 2013, was a house where the victim D residing in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the Defendant: (a) made a part of the leased building, alleging that he/she was his/her own ownership; (b) intruded the victim C into the front of the house of the victim D; and (c) used a Track, which is a dangerous object, moved a part of the northwest part of the Bwest in Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the width of which is about 2 meters, about 20 meters, about 20 meters in length, and about 20 centimeters in depth.

2. Crimes committed on March 18, 2018;

A. On March 18, 2018, at around 16:30 on March 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) when the victim D resides in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) when the victim C intrudes the victim D’s house by asserting that part of the buildings at issue was his/her own ownership; and (c) on the outer wall of the building located there, the Defendant written the mark in a red roman, “user tax,” “user tax,” “user tax,” and “kick site”.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim D's residence and damaged the building owned by the victim C.

B.
