A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) refused the demand of the victim B (V, 28 years of age) to lower the vehicle of the victim B (V, 28 years of age) located in Suwon District Court Branch on March 5, 2019; and (b) detained the victim B by continuing to operate the vehicle.

A summary order is filed due to the crime of confinement with the content that "the victim B did not reach an agreement during the investigation process, and the victim B and the victim C(28 years of age) who reported in 112 at the time was dissatisfied with the complaint.

1. Intrusion upon residence, etc.;

A. On May 7, 2019, the Defendant, on May 7, 2019, was indicted for the crime of confinement on the front side of the E building F heading, the residence of the victims in Silung-si, the victims in Singu, due to the victims, at the front side of the E building, and was informed of the victims against the victims’ will. On May 7, 2019, the Defendant was able to take photographs of the first floor entrance door of the said building and intruded the victims’ residence without permission.

B. On May 31, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Crime Intimidation, etc.) and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Crime 06:20 on May 31, 2019), on the front of the above E-building, opened a password of the 1st floor of the above E-building against the intent of the victims for the foregoing reason, and opened the door door door in front of the above E-building F of the building, and threatened the victims by stating, “I need to keep the tax base of, lifelong memory with,” and “I am, I am.”

As a result, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence without permission, and threatened the victims for the purpose of retaliation.

C. On June 3, 2019, the Defendant, at around 15:30 on June 3, 2019, opened a password of the first floor of the building against the intent of the victims for the foregoing reason, and opened up to the front door of the building F in front of the said building, and infringed the victim’s residence without permission.
