【2013 Goun46 case】 On November 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0, in a “D” store located in Nam-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant brought about a civil dispute, such as the money lent to the victim E (37 years of age, women) and the expenses of the franchise, etc.; (b) while having brought about a dispute, the Defendant took part in the victim’s left-hand shoulder for about two weeks in drinking.

1. The Defendant related to loans, as of July 12, 201, lent KRW 25 million to E on July 12, 201, and received interest equivalent to KRW 120% per annum on three occasions from E on November 16, 201, around December 12, 201, around December 12, 201, and around January 11, 2012.

2. The Defendant related to loans, around August 16, 201, lent KRW 17.5 million to E on or around August 16, 201, and received interest equivalent to KRW 171% per annum from E on or around November 22, 2011 under the pretext of monthly interest and KRW 2.5 million each on or around December 16, 201.

3. The Defendant related to loans, as of November 10, 201, lent KRW 30 million to E on or around November 10, 201, and received interest amounting to KRW 139% per annum from E on or around December 10, 201 under the pretext of monthly interest and KRW 3.5 million on or around January 10, 201, respectively, on two occasions.
