Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated two vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance through the following nine times in total:

① On August 21, 2011, Jung-gu 23:35, Jung-gu, Daegu 23:47, September 9, 201, 201; ② the entrance of the Dongdong-dong apartment on September 23:47, 201; ③ on October 5, 2011, the intersection in front of the Seowon-dong, Seowon-dong, Kim Jong-dong; ④ on October 13: 13:28, 201, the intersection in front of the Seowon-dong, Seowon-dong, Seowon-dong, Kim Jong-dong on October 14: 35, 201. ⑥ The summary of the evidence of this case is 4:35, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu 203: Go-dong, Tae-dong, Tae-gu, 201, 7: 15, 201, 7: 30, Seo-gu, Tae-dong, Tae-dong, 20138.
