A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle C New S450 more in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).

On April 8, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.185% during blood transfusions, while normal operation is difficult, and led the king mountain distance from the use of oil in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the use of oil at an indefinite speed.

When the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.185% during the day-to-day alcohol level, as indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven a car more than C 450 km from the front day of the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Council, Jung-gu, 755, to the place where the said accident occurred.
