1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the land size of 2,540 square meters in the Gu-U.S. C forest, indication 3, 4, 22, 23, 13, 14, 15, 21, 20, 19, 19.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 19, 2011, the Plaintiff purchased 2,540 square meters of the Gu-U.S. C Forest (hereinafter “instant forest”) from the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt of No. 67414, Oct. 6, 201 with respect to the said forest as to the foregoing forest.

B. Of the forest land of this case, three graves (hereinafter “instant grave”) installed by the Defendant are installed in the part of 662 square meters in a ship (hereinafter “section (b)”) connected each point of the separate sheet Nos. 3, 4, 22, 23, 13, 14, 15, 21, 20, 20, 19, and 3 in sequence, among the forest land of this case.

C. On August 24, 2012, the Defendant drafted to the Plaintiff a written confirmation of the burial of the cemetery stating, “The Defendant promised on the relocation of the grave (in selling the forest of this case to the Plaintiff, three graves related to the temple) in 2012, but did not change due to circumstances. In the future, the period of 10 to 12 months will be changed without a refluence.”

(b)The monthly rent in part shall be:

From April 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, KRW 47,700 per month, from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, KRW 48,500 per month, from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, and KRW 49,00 per month, from January 1, 2014 to July 29, 2014.

E. The 2012 leaps are from April 21, 2012 (Jap 3.1.1.) to May 20, 2012 (Pap 3.30.30.30.).

According to the facts of the above recognition, the Defendant mined the instant grave to the Plaintiff, delivered the portion of the said grave to the Plaintiff, and the Defendant delivered the portion of the said grave to the Plaintiff, from May 21, 2012 to August 31, 2014, which is the day following the expiration date of the time limit which the Defendant promised to raise an objection to the instant grave, totaling KRW 1,325,390, = 47,700, x seven months.
