1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5 million with 15% per annum from August 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant can recognize the fact that around September 30, 2014, the payment period from the plaintiff was set from September 30, 2017 to September 12, 2017, and the interest rate of KRW 50 million was set at 12% per annum.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 5 million won with 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 29, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order sought by the Plaintiff.

Although the Defendant alleged to the effect that the Defendant was exempted from the obligation from the Plaintiff, there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
