1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On March 10, 2016, the court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 15,907,200 for the Defendant as security for the litigation costs of this case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of this decision. However, the Plaintiff may submit a document concluding a payment guarantee entrustment contract with the amount as security guaranteed. The above order reached the Plaintiff on March 15, 2016. The final judgment reached the Plaintiff on March 15, 2016. The court extended the time limit for providing security as set forth in the above order by the end of May 10, 2016, but the Plaintiff did not provide security as security under the above order as well as the fact that the Plaintiff did not provide security until this decision is issued is obvious or obvious in records.

Therefore, we decide to dismiss the instant lawsuit pursuant to Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
