Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a city bus under the East Sea Accident.

On April 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the above bus on April 19:12, 201, and driven the road at a speed of 38 km from the west-si to the intersection of the friendly integrated iron bars located in the Cr. Cr. Cr. C. to the intersection of the Cr. S. C., the Defendant driven the bus at a speed of 38 km.

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to check whether there is a cross-road vehicle by reducing the speed or temporarily suspending the vehicle, and to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and negligently driven the above intersection due to the negligence of driving on the front side of the road by the Defendant, and the part of the hand hand on the left-hand side of the victim D(68 years old) driving the above intersection from the cat100 Oba Hand was received as the front-hand part of the bus driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to die from the G Hospital located in Gangseo-si F on April 14, 2014 by occupational negligence as above. At around 04:58, the Defendant caused the death of the victim to the cardiopulmonary depression.
