A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 10, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court.
On October 15, 2019, around 04:20, the Defendant driven a F QM6 car volume in the state of alcohol alcohol level of about 0.104% under the influence of alcohol level from approximately 1.3km to approximately the same Gu D and E roads.
As a result, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in violation of the prohibition on driving motor vehicles, etc. more than twice.
