1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above punishment shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
1. On September 21, 2013, from around 21, 2013 to September 221, 2013, Defendant A drinked four alcohols, including the victim D (n, 24 years of age), and Defendant A went to the “Fel” 203 in Gwangju Northern-gu E.
