Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2015, at around 01:49, the Defendant driven a BM7 car while under the influence of alcohol 0.152% of the blood alcohol concentration from the opening of the Madro vibration in the Sinnam-si, Sungnam-si, to the front of the 4789 Monopolydow.
