Each public prosecution against the Defendants is dismissed.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On June 18, 2013, at around 14:25, Defendant A, the victim of the urban railroad Down-gu Busan City, was assaulted by “the victim of the urban railroad Down-gu in front of the customer guide room in Busan City,” demanding the return of the fee, demanding the return of the fee, and assaulting the victim B’s internal part of the victim B’s inner part, 3 times as his hand, and bomb with flapsing flaps.

B. Defendant B assaulted the victim A at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) by breathing breath with breath by hand.

2. On August 28, 2013, after the prosecution of the instant case was instituted by the victims, the Defendants withdrawn their wish to punish the Defendants, and thus, the prosecution against the Defendants is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
