A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 7, 2013, the Defendant and the Defendant for special larceny (hereinafter referred to as “C”), and the bearers of Dra’s name influenced name (hereinafter referred to as “D”) were attempted to witness it on August 7, 2013, on the part of the Defendant and C, at the bicycle storage stand in front of the Earart Tractor in Ansan-si, A, C, and D around their surroundings, and the Defendant attempted to have the bicycle lock in front of the market price of the victim’s name influent possession of the bicycle.
Accordingly, the defendant, C, and D attempted to steal the victim's property by combining them.
2. On September 2013, the Defendant and E violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack) came from the stairs outside the CPC of the 3rd floor G PC in Ansan-si on September 14, 2013, at around 14:00, the victim H (the age 11) who was gameed in the said PC was called “the victim’s money at the PC bank’s expense”, and deducted KRW 10,000 from the victim’s money, and then deducted KRW 10,000 from the victim’s money from the two playground in the same Dong at around 14:00 on the first day of October of the same year.
As a result, the defendant and E jointly got a total of 20,000 won from a drinking victim who frightened the victim.
3. On October 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) completed a course of study on the front side of the J Elementary School located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, a member I, and sought a victim H who returned home, and (b) sought money from the victim at the PC’s expense; and (c) attempted to collect money from the victim, but did so with the wind exposed to the above school teachers.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to receive property by threatening the victim.
