A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:40 on February 28, 2020, the Defendant driven a F Spart-type car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 150 meters alcohol concentration 0.159% from the section of approximately 150 meters from the road in front of the E-Spon-si, Mapo City, to the road in front of the E-Spon-si, Mapo-si.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a car in F Spart.

On February 28, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.159% around 22:40, while under the influence of alcohol, and led to a two-lane road in front of E convenience stores located in Fagpo City D with a single-laned speed depending on G apartment room from the nesn Island and Parksided in Fapo City.

At the time, since it was not well visible at night, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly manipulating the steering direction and brake system by reducing the speed and properly treating the steering system.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant conflicts with the left-hand part of the victim H(E, 42 years old) driver's first city bus driver's back-hand part of the victim H(E, 42 years old) who stops on the front side.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving the said car under the influence of alcohol that is difficult to drive normally, suffered injury to the victim H, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. of the trend that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim J (J, 45 years of age) who was accompanied by the said bus, such as chills, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim K (V, 23 years of age), such as salt tensions, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim L (V, 24 years of age) such as dump, tensions, etc.
