A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the team belonging to the technical strategic group B, and the victim C (the age of 36 at that time) is the person who worked as a manager of the same team as the defendant.
