Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of the said alleyway by preventing the entry of the vehicle by linking the pipe, plastic light bags, and knife of 2.5m width of the said alleyway to prevent the entrance of the vehicle by preventing the vehicle from being allowed, even though the instant alley road, which flows from the village to C’s house (the length of eight meters, width of three meters) includes the site owned by the Defendant, even though it does not conduct a boundary survey.
