Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 2010, the Defendant was named at “C” under the present name.

1. The Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on Nov. 4, 2009: (b) around 18:05 of the D Building D, and (c) even if he/she receives money from the victim E as a prepaid payment, the Defendant’s “F” outlined by the victim E.

Despite the absence of an intention to work as a female employee at the main place, the victim’s false statement stating that “I will request the president to work in the future three months, and G will guarantee the payment.” It was transferred from the victim to the post office account in the name of the Defendant (C) on November 5, 2009, and KRW 950,000 from the victim in the same manner at the same place on November 18, 200, and received KRW 50,000 from the victim to the post office account in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the total of KRW 13 million from the victim on two occasions as above.

2. Accordingly, the defendant was delivered 3 million won by deceiving the victim.

3. Around November 22, 2009, the Defendant conspiredd with L, stating that “O” in the “O” for the operation of the victim N in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, M, the Defendant would perform an act in front of the Plaintiff, even though he did not intend to work as an employee at the above main place.”

In the end, the Defendant conspired with L, by deceiving the victim, received 11 million won from the victim to the P account in advance on or around the 23th of the same month, and received the transfer of 10 million won from the victim to the P account on or before the same month.
