All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. (1) Defendant A (misunderstanding of the facts, misunderstanding of the legal principles) was unaware of the fact that the instant pigs were transferred as collateral to the victim, and there was no injury to the victim because the said pigs left the same amount of G pigs instead of the instant pigs (misunderstanding of the fact). The instant pigs are not entrusted pigs, and there was no delegation of authority to establish security rights to transfer the pigs, D differs between the owner of the cattle in a notarial deed (agreement) and the description of the process deed, and D’s farm combines the victim’s pigs with G pigs, and thus it is impossible to specify the victim’s pigs as security object. In light of the legal principles as to the transfer of the instant swine agreement between D and the victim’s debt guarantee (misunderstanding of the legal principles) or as to the fact that there was no misunderstanding of the fact that the Defendant agreed to provide security rights to transfer the pigs to the victim, and there was no misunderstanding of the content of the instant agreement between the owner and the transferee of the said pigs as security rights to transfer the pigs.
