Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

B, around September 21, 2004, entered the Republic of Korea as industrial trainee (D3B) and had been staying in the Republic of Korea by means of renewal of the period of stay by visa or extension of the period of stay by application of refugee status, etc., B had the nationality of Pakistan, and had the intention to issue a person of marriage visa by making a disguised marriage with a woman of Korean nationality to continue residing in the Republic of Korea.

B At the early 19:00 on June 2012, 2012, the introduction of the neighbors, proposed that the Defendant A make a marriage report by pretending the marriage without a genuine will at the coffee shop located in the Young-gu Busan, Suwon-gu, Busan, and received the Defendant A’s consent by making a payment in the amount of KRW 10,000,000 per month until he/she receives a person who is married, on condition that he/she is issued a person who is married.

At around 11:00 on July 20, 2012, the Defendants entered false records, such as public records, etc., into and submitted a false marriage report from the Busan Southern-gu Family Register, Busan-do, Busan-dong without the true intention of marriage, and had a public official in charge of being aware of such fact enter into the electronic family registration system input the Defendants’ marriage facts into the electronic family registration system.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to make a false report to the public and had the public record of false facts in the family relations register processed by the electronic data processing system same as the original copy of the notarial deed.

2. The Defendants conspired in collusion with the Defendants to exercise the electronic records records, etc. at the Busan Southern-gu Office at around that time, and had them keep a family relation register on which the above facts of mistake were recorded.
